Guest information

Check-in is simple and contactless: on the day of arrival you receive your personal access code by email or WhatsApp. With it you open your room door yourself – there is no reception on site.

Self check-in: from 2:00 pm · Self check-out: by 11:00 am at the latest.

Please vacate your room on time unless another arrangement has been made – the door locks automatically when you leave.

Every room features a private balcony, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a fridge and a selection of drinks – tea, still water, orange juice, coffee and espresso. We do not offer breakfast.

Please treat the furnishings with care and dispose of hygiene items in the bin provided in the bathroom rather than down the toilet.

So that all guests can relax, from 10 pm we kindly ask for consideration and a low noise level throughout the house and the outdoor area.

Please be considerate of one another so that everyone can enjoy their time out to the fullest.

To protect all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. For a cigarette, please use the designated outdoor areas.

Parking is available directly at the house (€10 per night). A public fast-charging station is just a few hundred metres away, and the airport is about a two-minute drive.

In the event of an alarm, please leave the building immediately via the marked escape routes and take only the essentials with you. Please always keep escape and rescue routes clear.

Please keep valuables safe. We cannot accept liability for lost or unattended valuables.
